Our Recruitment Process
Stage 1 - Application
Interested candidates can submit their applications through the below job boards:

- External link seen on Facebook which would direct you to BambooHR
TIP: Ensure that your Resume includes the below required information:
1. Name
2. Address
3. Active phone number and email
4. Detailed work experience
5. Updated education, skills information
Stage 2 - Application Review, Assessments & Screening
- All applications submitted through the job boards are reviewed and assessed relative to the Job Description for the vacancy.
- After you have submitted your application through BambooHR, an automatic email would be sent to you with four (4) assessments for you to attempt , complete and return for review. From the results, we would be able to assess if Express International Inc., is the right fit for you.
- If you apply through Skilled Guyanese, Talent Acquisition would share the Assessments via direct mail to your personal email address.
- Once assessments results are received by Talent Acquisition, an email response would be shared acknowledging the receipt.

Applicants who have met the minimum requirements are screened via a 30-minute video conferencing . A link would be shared to applicants to schedule the most suitable time convenience to them via the Microsoft Booking app.
- Screening would include a review of work experiences, education and skills . Shortlisted candidates’ information is forwarded to the Hiring Managers for review.
Stage 3 - Interview and Shadowing
- The purpose of the Interview is to get to know you better by asking questions relative to the role, past working experiences and flexibility. Interviews can be held with one Hiring Manager or with a panel of Hiring Managers. This can be an opportunity for you to get to know us, as a company and our culture.
- In some cases, after the Interview, candidates may be invited to participate in shadowing sessions where they can gain a deeper insight into the role applied for.
Stage 4 - Employment Offer/Interview Update
- Once interviews and shadowing have been completed, Talent Acquisition would receive feedback from the Hiring Manager or panel.
- Talent Acquisition would reach out via direct phone call to share the exciting news to the successful candidates. Employment offer and background check notification would be shared to the candidates email address.
- An interview update would be shared to unsuccessful candidates keeping their application on file for future openings.
- Onboarding-New Hire Orientation , document collection, mini-tour and handover.
